This place is the answer to my prayers. I have been suffering from chronic, severe back pain for 8 years. Until I found Annie, nothing has helped release the knots despite me seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists.
6 months ago, I started seeing a personal trainer so I could retrain my muscles. This has helped, but I have still been in severe, constant pain and the knots in my back, neck, and shoulders hadn't gotten better.
I finally decided to go to Lanna Thai Massage in addition to my personal training, and I will never look back.
Annie is incredible. She is kind and compassionate and she knows what she is talking about. She answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on things I can do at home to help so that I don't have to go to massage too often (How genuinely kind!).
Yes, Thai Massage is painful. This type of massage is not meant to be a relaxing experience; it is therapy. There is no way to effectively release knots in a way that's not painful.
I don't mind that the massage itself is painful because I trust Annie and because I feel so much better after the massage. Annie is also considerate and doesn't mind when I yelp. Haha.
I have only been to two sessions so far, and my knots are looser than they've been in 8 years.
I am so happy to have found Annie that I cried on the way home out of relief. I hope you see this, Annie. Thank you!
I do jiu jitsu and work a desk job so my back is all sorts of messed up. When i tell you I was taller, happier and so impressed with this small spot in an unsuspecting location, I mean it. HIGHLY recommend for anyone, couples and singles alike. Love it!! Ask for Anna with the special hands!! Will definitely be going back.
