I was quoted a price of $18 to sew a pocket into two pair of pants. That was $36 for the two pair. I left the first pair and said I would pay the $36 when I brought in the second pair and picked up the first pair. I was told at that time that it would now be $40 because of the cost of the zipper(s). When I picked up the second pair I was told it would be another $40 and I now had four pockets. Never did I request two pockets in each pair. It is with great sadness that we are not able to use Nancy's Tailors any more due to her retirement. This unpleasant situation would never have arisen with Nancy. I will certainly be looking for another tailor in the Redwood City area.

Took coat in to get elastic cuffs tightened.. charged me 15.00 and did not decrease the diameter of the wrist opening. And wanted to charge me for fixing g.
Will not use again
