We had a great experience working with Largent's. My husband and I had to replace a very old Kitchen Aid 2 drawer dishwasher that was mostly dead and not worth repairing. Our only option (because of our kitchen design) was to replace it with another drawer dishwasher (Fisher and Paykel is the only company that makes those anymore). Largent's was the only place that actually had the unit we needed in stock , as well as the best price. They also recommended Unlimited Heating and Refrigeration to do the installation, who did an exceptional job. We live in Moscow and conducted the entire transaction by phone but everything went smoothly. Customer service from everyone was excellent, especially Craig and Kent. Thanks guys, we look forward to working with you in the future!

Their customer service is terrific, we’ve had a couple minor things happen on two different appliances. Before they scheduled a service tech to come out they gave us a couple things to check. Both times they told us what to look for or try, fixed the problem right away! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! We won’t go anywhere else from now on!! Thank you Largents!!

The service department is subpar. The service manager will do anything in his power to not perform his job, poor customer service, he's beyond rude, argumentative, retaliates on you if you press a warranty matter, wouldn't buy a sponge from there.
