We've had nothing but trouble with the fridge we bought from here so far. They made us wait three days to have a guy come over to 'fix' the 'new' one we bought. They Fixed it. Twice. Only to finally have to get another one (lesser quality of course) instead because they😵💥DON'T REFUND!!💥😵 GRANTED, they've been friendly trying to resolve this mess, but they fall way short of being fair. We lost food while we waited, time off work to be home (when they could show up, IF they call you back). They got our old , yet like new fridge to resell, and had the threshold of our back door destroyed, (accidently mind you..).but honestly I'm REALLY disappointed how they do business. ☹️They didn't even offer anything for our troubles and our losses. ($50 off or something like that because it's a CHEAPER fridge). They never told us they dont do refunds. We wouldn't have done business knowing that. Oh and remember they kept our old fridge, so it'll be on sale soon for sure. That alone should have gotten us a better deal TOWARDS another one we liked from there (priced WAY too high though) but nope nada. .. they could have gotten more business from us if theyd treated us better. The delivery folks are nice. So there's that.. oh and you pay them separately btw.
💥SUMMARY 💥 The products are clean, some look new, (like the one we paid for but didn't get because it broke two days after buying it) but looks aren't everything. Trust me. Our old one is in prime condition, DOESN'T WORK, BUT well worth a better deal than what we got. It'll be sold soon. I have no problem making sure this one works, I'm free every single day, anytime, weekends, holidays, I feel screwed. Go elsewhere folks. Save the hassle. Not worth it in the long run. They seemed so nice .Shame.
