This is no way to bash the workers at the LaserAway in Sherman Oaks, front desk was extremely sweet! This review is for LaserAway as a company. When I called for pricing, someone immediately called me a few times, and texted me and were so quick to try to get me to buy a package. They told me that if I wanted to get a refund, I'd be able to so I've called multiple times, and have tried texting my sales rep Hannah and won't get a response and have been told I'd be called back and no phone calls come my way. I got in touch with someone who said I can't get a refund anymore which is unacceptable. I only went once and need to be refunded for the remaining amount. They're extremely overpriced and unhelpful when it comes to cancelling, yet they wont stop bothering you when you reach out for pricing. I'd stay away from LaserAway and find a better laser facility. There's so many to choose from.

I had Cool Sculpture done and the outcome made my stomach look worse than it did before I had the treatment. When I tried to talk with customer support/services. Everyone disregarded my concern. I received no return calls and everyone just kept lies say "someone will call you". Still today no one has called me back. I'm left with paying $2000 bill for unsatisfied results. ..So no I'm not happy with LaserAway for that reason. Facial treatments so far so good...
