This place has superb customer service. We have been going her for about 10 yrs now. EVERY TIME we step in the store, we are greeted by anyone of of their employees with a smile, this time is was Johnny. The second we stepped in the store, Johnny greet us and offered us some water. that alone shows that they care since it was pretty warm that day. Johnny gave us details about every item in the store we had questions about. he was even able to convince one of my stubborn teens to buy some facial wash scrubs, this man has skills. We walked about spending close to $100 in products that we were happy with. Mark up one for another year of a family satisfied with Lather's superb customer service and great products. A special thanks to the employee Johnny for offering his superb knowledge on the products and convincing my daughter to make a purchase. THANK YOU LATHER!

Jacqueline was absolutely amazing! She took the time to show me so many products and she knew exactly how each one of them would have benefited my skin. I went in hoping to find a new face wash and moisturizer and walked out with 19 products! Her knowledge of the products she sells and her passion in explaining each product made my shopping experience legendary.

Super friendly staff and their products are great! They work wonders! Def try them out and maybe get some samples! They’ll help you out with whatever skin concerns you may have but they have skincare, hair products, soaps, and more.
