Excellent staff! Everyone here is fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone I meet. Just an overall wonderful experience. My daughter is super pleased, which means I am too! Thank you Dr. Cai and all your amazing team members there. Keep up the great work ladies!

Very professional. Answered all my questions indepth. They didnt try to sell me anything my daughter didnt need but did give me examples of previous patients ( of course no names or private info given on the cases) to help me understand just how much my daughter needed the braces. My insurance didnt cover any cost but i am able to make payments with zero interest.

My experience with Dr. Cai’s office was great. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Every appointment was quick and easy. I have recommended this office to friends and family and will continue to recommend them. Thank you so much for my beautiful smile! My teeth look so good!
