If there was 0 Stars available I would give it to them. First they delivered the wrong model tub, also a 240V instead of a 120V so we couldn't even use it. It took us 8 months to get our money back so we could go elsewhere. Lies after lies after lies. A nightmare!!! They come across so nice in the beginning, it's all a facade, don't fall for it. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and try to turn it on you. They ended up costing us money in the end, not to mention the 8 months we went without a spa, since we had to get rid of our old one to make room for the new one. Stay far away from this company!
