Adam is a phenomenal trainer and the kind of person anyone would be lucky to have in their corner. He is exactly what one would want in a coach. It may sound like hyperbole, but it is difficult (maybe even impossible) to overstate the impact Adam has had on my life.

My personal experience Adam Lerner is hands down the best Coach I’ve ever been around.
No nonsense approach and expert knowledge in crossfit and boxing. Adam Lerner will push you that extra mile and you will be thankful for it.
