Do not shop here! All they care about is pushing their horrible product. We had to drain our pool due to high CYA levels after Leslie's told us that's what was needed to fix it. We drain the pool and go back to get it tested. What do they sell us? Powder chlorine that is loaded with CYA. So even after draining our pool and bringing the CYA to zero. Our trip to this store has made our CYA levels extremely high again.

Employees are helpful in getting you in and out quick. They are knowledgeable and can explain pool maintenance in basic or detailed terms. They're also helpful in suggesting what is needed for proper pool maintenance and don't try to sell you something you don't want to buy and recommend not buying when you don't need it.

I own my own small pool business, along with another guy I work with we serve more than 175 pools in the Simi area. Just went in there to get a water test on a brand new pebble tech pool ( to save a little time) Employee was very rude, looked up account and said " I'm going to say no on the water test, you haven't purchased anything since 2011". Now with all the pools I service if my clients wanted to do something themselves ( filter clean, new cleaner, replace a part etc.) I used too tell them go to Leslie's. Not anymore. Paragon pools on Sycamore and Cochran much friendlier and much more helpful .
