Great Leslie's the young Hispanic guy and the young lady who works there are concise, knowledgeable and to the point. Restock chemicals here along with other pool supplies just for the good conversation.

Don’t ever use cash to buy something here. In case you have to return the item they issue you a check thru the mail if it’s over $25. And good luck talking to them on the phone the first time. What a hassle!!

I called asking for advice for toddler floatation devices and they were completely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. The lady at the store said "all I know is what brands we sell" and refused to offer any guidance and admitted she knew nothing about the different products they sell. As a new mom concearned about pool safety I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere here nor get any useful advice. They are not experts here, they are not serious about pool safety and do not care about customer service.
