Time of visit: 5:10pm, 12/28/2023. Came in for an exchange to get right size jeans. A store clerk (A hispanic girl of age 20s) couldn’t find a right one online, instead recommended an alternative choice. But i was told it would be more, because it’s not on sales. So decided to do a full refund. After leaving and found out the refunded amount was slightly less. I went back but the manager (An obese red hair woman of 30s) told it was for a shopping bag fee. Overall the experience as a customer was extremely negative for their lack of compassion, and rude treatments received. I would nit shop at this location again.
