Lindsay is an outstanding trainer who I have been working out with for over a year and a half. I’ve noticed measurable improvements in my fitness and strength since starting with her. She is focused on coaching the correct form to maximize benefits and prevent injury. In addition, she actively solicits feedback and customizes each workout to my unique needs. I look forward to my workouts with Lindsay because she always makes it fun with her upbeat personality and sense of humor.

Lindsay is an amazing personal trainer! Over the past couple years I gained some weight and was unmotivated to lose it. When Lindsay came along, I felt she gave me the strength and dedication to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Lindsay created a personalized workout program for myself. During our workouts, she was extremely professional and went through the exercises with me until I got them down. My time spent with her was very interesting and refreshing. Lindsay also carefully tracked my diet and corrected any bad eating habits I had as well as promoted healthy foods to incorporate into my diet. Because of Lindsay I feel strong and motivated to continue my fitness and health journey. I highly recommend Lindsay for any help you might need with personal fitness and getting into shape.

Working out with Lindsay has been a game changer for me. I needed to make changes to be healthier and Lindsay guided me there. I am stronger, looking better and my endurance has increased. Her workouts taught me how to improve my form, so I could get the most out of the exercise. This is really important especially since I have a lower back that can bother me. The best part of working out with Lindsey are the attainable goals that she helps you achieve. I had doubts about my abilities, and I met my goals. She keeps you engaged by making the workout fun by doing different exercises. This keeps you going and wanting to come back. I can't wait to work out with Lindsay again.
