I have a Toyota Sienna that needed an entire power steering rack replaced. I originally had taken the car to the local Toyota dealer that told me that the part was on back order and the vehicle would not be fixed for 4 to 6 weeks. I asked about aftermarket parts. They said that they had checked but could not find one. I had used Local Hero's to repair my motorhome but had always used the dealership for my Toyota. I called Local Hero's. Not only were they able to fix the vehicle for a better price but they were able to find a part and get me back up and running in 2 days. They have my gratitude and my future business.

Recently took my “older” (2004) Jaguar in for repair. I am only aware of one dealer in the area and while they are good, they are far away. Drove past Local Heroes and saw a Jag out front and I am glad I stopped. The “problem “ had plagued me for over a month - took the car to two other repair facilities - neither found the source. Local Heroes located the problem, completed the repair and had me on the road the next day - and the car rode like a dream - quiet and smooth. Thrilled with the results.

I chose local heroes just based on location and reviews, really glad I did! They were flexible, honest, well priced and quick. I came in for two problems. One, they found creative solutions to what looked like minor bumper damage but would have cost me to replace the entire bumper. Two, the dealership suggested I needed a major repair, they looked and saw that I did not have to replace the part for another 20-30,000 miles, greatly appreciated their honesty. They will be my go to mechanics for oil change and service.
