Mark & Jessica go above and beyond for their community! When my husband and I first met Mark at the trailer soon after opening, they didn’t carry our specific brand of dog food ( we have 3 huskies on a very strict fish diet due to allergies). He was super accommodating and actually ordered bags of our food just for us and delivered it free of charge! And now we get a bag every week either delivered or we pick one up. Our pups love going to their new store and picking out treats and toys. We recently bought a life jacket from RCpets at Local Paws and our puppy Miska LOVES it! But back to Mark and Jessica; they go above and beyond. Whether it’s special ordering, delivering late at night or even in holidays, you can tell they love what they do and they love our community. They are the definition of amazing customer service. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet and wants to support a locally and family owned pet shop. Thanks Mark & Jessica for all that you do! ❤️
The owners of Local Paws are neighbors of mine, and I had no idea. Apparently, my cat Mimzy watches them through the window each day while they are working in their garden.
One day Mark surprised me at home by coming to my door with an incredibly generous gift of food, treats, and supplies for Mimzy. He asked for nothing in return.
I have not yet been to their store because I am still working my way through the gift, but I will be looking to get all of my pet supplies from Local Paws from now on.
