Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told by my primary health care provider to call this place because they were listed as "in-network". The first thing she asks me is "what insurance do you have?", which is totally standard. When I tell her the insurance I have, she tells me immediately that they don't take my insurance (they do) because they "aren't staffed with that doctor anymore". When I ask her how she even knows what I'm calling for, she says "you said you needed dental work, our Dr is an ORTHADONTIST, you need an ORAL SURGEON and HE's the ONLY one that takes that type of insurance and he's not even here anymore!". Again, I haven't even told her what I was specifically looking to have done and when I stood my ground and pointed this out to her, she got furious and was forced to backtrack stating that they in fact DID take my insurance and could only see me if I was under the age of 19. Again, I haven't even told her my age and when I tell her I'm calling on behalf of a patient that is 18, she scoffs before angrily asking me for the first time, "so, then what services do you need? because you said DENTAL! That means you need an ORAL SURGEON!". As I try to calm her down and explain myself, she says "YOU KNOW WHAT?1 IT DOESNT EVEN MATTER, BECAUSE IM HANGING UP ON YOU. BYE!" CLICK Um....Am I crazy in wondering what happened to customer service and why someone calling an "in network" office is now being yelled and scolded by way of semantics and staffing as if though that is somehow supposed to be our fault/problem? Absolutely terrible front desk and I can't believe people pay her to be the voice and representative of the company. I can't imagine why someone would put her as the one you need to speak with in order to get help for something. Zero stars and I was able to get an appointment with Bright Now Dental on Gaffey by the Pizza Hut and they are much better and there's a reason they have multiple locations and professional call center operators and this place looks like someone's house decided to "play dentist" for life. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
