Really cool dam that has windows for you to view the fish swimming by. The ranger was very friendly and knowledgeable on all the fish species and questions we asked. They do take donations to help with the costs.

Wish we could have gone on a tour, but those only occur on Fridays and Saturdays! Otherwise, nice drive, fish ladder is neat, and view of the dam is awesome!

The staff are extremely friendly. It is fun watching the fish swimming through the passage - some of them were huge! If you time it just right you can see boats going through the dam lock. There is plenty of parking and has several turn out areas on the way to the dam. There are also tons of wild blackberry bushes around the area with huge berries on them.
