I like Lowe's. I mean for me it's a toss up between Lowe's or Home Depot. I like the Lowe's vibe a little better, but that's just me. Anyway, went in for a few items, asked for help and got great service. Found exactly what I was looking for. So happy that you can still go to a real store to buy things anymore. Maybe I should try a Tru Value Hardware store.

Don't ever purchase anything from Lowe's. Their Customer Service is poor at best. They overcharged me and made promises they cannot keep. An employee helps you one day and is off the next, no one else at the store, even the managers can help you and know what is going on. They cannot help you. No wonder the Laguna Niguel store is closing. Poor, poor, poor customer service. We will take our business elsewhere.

Bummer!! They're closing !! They will be closed by JAN 5 2019 or UNTIL THEY SELL EVERYTHING!!
I really have enjoyed having this Lowes location because it was not overcrowded and they're always seem to be helped there. Such a bummer that this will no longer be there in this start of the new year
