We love Lowe’s and we love to bring our Golden Retriever there and it keeps us coming back and back and back.

I made a call to customer service to check if a product was in stock and was transfered to hardware. I wasn't being rude. I didnt have a item number on it. All I know is the specific name. The person helping me was being super aggressive, kept telling me what color, and I told him I don't care about the color, I just wanted to know if it was there or NOT. And he kept talking about colors and there's many and what am I looking for and onwards like he wants to pick a argument or something. I don't know what is this person issue. And because of this, I decided not to go.
