LRS Realty & Mgmt was recommended to me by a friend to manage rental of my home. Sigal Silvers and Alan Zemek were very helpful, professional, and nice. Sigal responded to my messages and emails promptly and answered all my questions. We only worked together briefly because I ended up selling the house prior to it being rented, but I would definitely reach out to Sigal again if I had a property to rent.

Fairly new relationship with LRS, but I'm happy. This is my first time working with a property management company, but LRS, and Sigal in particular, have held my hand thru the whole process. From prepping the house to finding great tenants, the LRS team has worked quickly with great communication and professional demeanor. I tend to jump to horrible conclusions, so whenever Sigal contacts me with an update or question, she kindly prefaces her texts or emails with "Don't worry - everything is fine with the property." I appreciate her kindness and reassurance. I will not hesitate to use LRS for future rental properties.

The rental home was not ready for us to move into on the day we agreed to with LRS. They were still many items of the owners that were still in the house and many items that had not been addressed or fixed on the day that we got the keys. Luckily that was not the day we had chosen to get movers to move into the place or it would have been a real mess. They did finally get everything cleaned out within four or five days but we still had to pay the rent and did not get any sort of rental reimbursement or understanding regarding the house not being ready for us to move into. In fact at one point we were told that the owner of the house had provided a livable domicile and that's all that they were required to do. The response time seems to be a bit slow and there seems to be some confusion with their phone system as our property manager has two separate phone numbers both of which ring to his cell phone but only one of which actually gets him text messages. We were also not told about any of the HOA regulations which resulted in problems with our vehicles within the first 3 days of moving into the home. We have made a request to get an update on the HOA rules and what we need to follow so we will see how long it takes to get that response.
