I live in Inland Empire. To get service for a couple of recalls and a couple of issues I drove to Lucid Beverly Hills 3 weeks ago. Issues were taking care except for one (a part had to be ordered). A mobile service to my home was scheduled for today. Brandon from service called me today to ask me for a picture of the part in question which I found odd because they knew and saw the part needed. Sent a picture anyway. It looks like they basically forgot to order the part. Brandon told me that that the part was damaged and that they couldn’t make it today to fix the issue as scheduled. I took the day off from work to wait for this service. He asked me to go back to BH because my house is too far. Of course I am not happy with this kind of service and the bad attitude from the service person. In the past Orange County handled my service (including mobile) without any issues or drama.

I had a similiar experience to others that have posted reviews. I live in Pasadena and my first service appointment was for 4 recalls to be performed. It was scheduled a month in advance and when I showed up no loaner was provided and no one had a record of my service appointment. I told them why would I drive all the way to BH if I didn't have an appointment, and eventually they agreed to take it in. I opted to wait for the work to be completed while I waited so I didn't have to make the trek over to the West side again. I got the car back after 2 hours and was told all the recalls were completed except 1 which they would schedule a mobile tech to come and perform later. When the mobile tech came 2 weeks later and completed the last remaining warranty recalls, he mentioned that there is one more issue that was not scheduled that should have them take a look it that involved dropping the battery and checking if the cables are pinched. Tesla service / scheduling experience is years ahead. Not professional to drop appointment, spread out work over multiple appointments, not complete all safety recalls at once. Will give OC a try.

Just bought our Lucid and it’s a dream! Ask for Jeff, he was very knowledgeable and readily available. And not your typical car salesperson . He is amazing! Best car buying experience ever!
