Really useful inspector! We were lucky enough to get a walkthrough on our new house with Dave Pagano. He answered all of our questions, and explained everything to whatever depth we asked about. He was thorough, and undeterred by some of the weirdnesses of the property that another inspector had not investigated thoroughly.
He was friendly and professional and easy to spend a few hours with as we learned more and more about our house, how to take care of it, and what to keep an eye on.
If you want an experienced professional who clearly cares about his job, we'd strongly recommend Dave Pagano. It looks like he's rebranded the company since taking it over from it's former owner, and it's now called DMP Easy Bay Inspections. I'm kind of bummed that we plan on being in our house for a long time and won't have a reason to hire him again soon.
