Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!! Will never buy Mac again, well, at least not there. A new lipstick came out of the casing & the mgr, Chris absolutely refused to exchange it. Not my fault lipstick broke & ruined my purse & contents. Customer service really should not be so hard. I wish I could upload the picture I took of it.

Waited 15 minutes for one of the 2 girls that were working to acknowledge me. They never did and so I walked away. I realize they were with other customers but a simple acknowledgment and a "we'll be right with you" would have been appreciated. I knew exactly what I wanted, just a new powder. I don't blame the one girl, seemed like she had a complicated return going on but the other girl was helping a customer pick out lipstick. She could have easily rung me up really fast while the other customer finished deciding. Guess these ladies aren't happy at all to be back at work.
