Its an ok store if you want to grab something quickly. But they dont have a lot of variety specially in men section. Seems ok for women, kids, perfumes and household but not for men.

Slow service . Nobody cares here anymore after COVID. It’s crazy and not acceptable if you are in the service industry. Macys may need to focus on training their employees a bit better.

I never say this, but I am hurt and I have to. I walk little different because I am handicapped. Someone who was there in customer service near Levi’s section on 1st floor at 2:45 PM on May 23rd was very rude. Guess he needs some training in “Customer Service” on how to handle differently abled people. I didn’t purchase just because of his rudeness. I had to give specifics because he didn’t have badge and when asked, he said he was “George”. I am not sure if it is his real name. Not returning here anytime. Felt really bad with the way he spoke.
