Heather is an amazing trainer/ coach. I’ve had many personal trainers in the past and no one has spent the time to show me how to engage my body so that I lift properly to stay injury free. I’m 50 and stronger then I’ve ever been. I lift heavier weights now then I ever have before thanks all to Heather

Heather is a wealth of knowledge and has provided a safe environment for starting a weight lifting program. The workouts are well rounded and focus on each muscle group. If a modification is needed, no problem, Heather adjusts the program . I would recommend Heather for all age groups - she is awesome!
