I started an amazing fitness journey with Andre at RisenGrind.
First, Andre plays a killer playlist to rock your body! In his class, I foster the Rise and Grind mindset and I definitely felt it in the workouts.
I had a leg injury a couple of years ago, and because of that, I was hesitant to work out.
But Andre has taught me how to lift weights with proper techniques and modified my workout routine so I can isolate the pain. With his individualized workout guidance I could confidently complete more intense workouts.
