Mark is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I know. Bodybuilding, strength training, athletic performance, or just wanting to be a healthier better version of yourself, he does it all. Even if you're not a long term client, train with him for a short period of time and absorb the wealth of information he has to offer. Highly recommend.
