Stood in line for 30 minutes because they only had 2 cashiers for a huge line. I was buying a hairdryer + straightening brush and when I got home and opened the box, it was covered in hair and very clearly used.

I love the store so much I go to Marshalls all the time and some of these locations are really great but this location in particular has some sort of staff issue because the people here should find a new job since it seems like they aren’t happy to help customers. they are really uptight when it comes to giving a discount on damaged products.

Great store unfortunately the check out line was very long - only one cashier for 15 minutes. Another one did come but she was helping someone else and we were all waiting again.
