Disorganized store, less than stellar customer service. The assistant manager argued with me for 30 minutes about wanting to open up a package that wasn't clear what was in it, claiming that if I did so, they would have to return it... Better them than me though!!! seriously. I dislike returning things but I also dislike items saying it has something in it.
Turns out the item had two blankets, but was advertised as a blanket and I hoodie..
ridiculous to challenge a customer and stand over them for 30 minutes they are just trying to do their due diligence and not cause upset to the store or themselves by having to return.. incredibly awful customer service... Much better Marshalls to go to
