The women who work here are so incredibly lazy- really. I asked for a rolling cart so that I could personally move a chair off the floor and bring it to the front to pay for it. The 1st woman- barely spoke English- told me that I had to stand in line to ask for a cart (huge line). The 2nd woman- older rude blonde with glasses- told me that the chair was light enough for me to bring it to the front by carrying it. It was a swivel upholstered office chair! I explained to her that I didn’t want to ruin or damage the swivel underneath and that I just wanted a rolling cart. No one wanted to go get a rolling cart for me. That’s all I was asking for. I wasn’t even asking them to move the chair. I just wanted a flatbed rolling cart to place the chair on and bring it to the front to pay for it. Never coming back here again. 9/30 at 4pm

If I could give this store a lower star I would
I wanted to buy a tote. All the other totes said 4.99 it was a basic canvas bag
Well the once I picked didn’t have a tag
After waiting a 25 /30 mins in line because they were helping there two Karen’s who left there stuff at the counter and continued to shop
I get up to the register and the guy told me to go grab another tote I
Said to him I’m not standing in another 30 min line because he said he was gonna take the others waiting and for me to go back into line
When I told him I wasn’t going to wait again he shushed me. Not. Once. But 3 times. Saying why are you getting annoyed.
Then called the style lady to get a price and she tryed telling me the bags were 20 bucks.
For a Canva bag
20bucks
That’s a joke.

I bought 2 pair of curtains on sale for $49 at a different Marshals. I took my daughter to an appointment near the store and i decided to return the curtains there. When I got there, the cashier asked me where I bought them, I said to her the name Marshals is on it why are asking me, and I also asked her since when Marshals asks these kind of questions, I have been buying at Marshals, TJ Maxx, and Home Goods since I was 19 years old and now I am in my mid fifties, so I know the policies. She told me that I wasn’t going to get my money back, I said to her I bought it cash, I want my cash back, not a gift card. She sent for the curtains, they found a similar one that was 19.99 a pair. I had an issue with that because the 2 pairs cost me $49 and if she was using the 19.99 ones, the refund would have been $40 instead of $49, then I would lose 9$. After I said, that I didn’t agree with what she was doing, she told me to return the curtains to the other Marshals store that I purchased them claiming that she couldn’t read the receipt. As I was leaving, I was wondering if I left the receipt, and went back to her, I caught her gossiping with the manager saying that my curtains are dated from 2020 and I was trying to return them. I went online through my bank statements to show them where the other store had withdrawn this year the money for the paid curtains. They are not professional there at all, no customer service skills, they are hiring now people who have no experience in customer service and don’t care about the customers. I think headquarter should do better if they want to remain in business
