This place has terrible communication with the customers horrible.
I bought a vape pen literally 6 hours ago called the store minutes after the purchase to let the employees know that the vape pen didn’t work.
He then said bring it back for a refund.
I get there today the lady working says I can only get store credit for a vape pen that was defective and I had my receipt etc..
This policy is unfair and needs to change you can’t fault the customer nor can you make them buy a new product or give them store credit if they want there money back they should be entitled to that I will not be coming back terrible experience.

Amazing Art fun experience normally you ask a shop if they carry something and they don't even care. Skyler the manager was extremely helpful, wrote down everything we asked for and told us when he would have it and offered for us to go to another location if we needed it right away, just extremely helpful and he is enthusiastic about glass and knew everything about each piece and didn't mind sharing with us. Had a great experience, he deserves a raise for sure , could have spent all day in there learning about the glass. Highly recommend this place.

Great selection and a patient and helpful sales person when I came in for a gift for a friend. I've already recommended this shop to others and will be back!
