If you are looking for a company to respond and be honest, I am not sure this is the one.
My mother passed away and we were in need of a company to help us sell her belongings that she had collected over the (80) years of her life. Someone recommended us to contact Mary at Sudar Estate Sales.
After about two weeks of text, unanswered phone call and email messages we should have know and moved on. However just about the time we gave up on Mary, we were contacted by her. She explained, that email is the best way to contact her, she does not monitor her phone like she does her email. So we agreed to use email exclusively.
She apologized and we went over the cost of such a sale and scheduled a on-site meeting. Mary seem professional during the job walk. At the end she agreed to the amount she verbally quoted. We discussed her firm's schedule and agreed to a date the sale would take place. The only thing left was getting the contract. Mary said she would send it to us that night to for signing and we told her we would sign it immediately once we review the terms.
How thing have been going and it being a weekend, we were not surprised when we didn't receive the contract that weekend. We did send an email or two after the weekend reminding her were counting on a specific date and we only needed the contract.
After the following week when we didn't hear anthing from Mary and when we were about to give up on her, she emailed us. She had a illness in the family and wanted to let us know she will get us the contract by the end of the following weekend. Well... You guessed it, no contract, no response to our numerous email requests.
It is obvious to us now, she does not want our business, and instead of be honest and just let us know, she ignores us hoping for us to go away.
I now know this company is not one I want to "Trust" with my mothers belonging.
At this point between the time we initially contacted her and now, she has waisted nearly a month of our time that we could have used contacting other firms.
Maybe your experience might be better, but don't count on it.
