We had some major leaking during a recent rain storm in early June of 2021. MasterCraft was subcontracted from ServiceMaster and was quick to come out on 6/6 and tarp some of our vents. Was very happy with our initial experience. Getting them to come back out to remove the tarps and repair/replace the shingles has been an entirely different experience. Since then, I've called and left multiple messages (around 8 at last count) and have scheduled appointments on their online calendar 3 times. (got 1 call back to voicemail saying they were on vacation, for the other 2 no calls and didn't show up on the scheduled dates). Really disappointed in the lack of follow up and I am now scrambling to find another company to come out and do the work.
