Shortly after I ordered my bed adjustable frame and headboard I lost my job. I went to the owner and explain the situation and how that $3,200 would help since I'm out of work and he said too bad life is rough. That is not what I call a local family business. I'm from Michigan and back there we help each other when people are having a hard time . Luckily the headboard never came in so I was able to get that refunded I was still out some $2,200. 4 Weeks later I finally sold the mattress and the adjustable frame for $600 it was a huge hit considering I have to move and I'm still out of work. Shame shame

Akin was a great help! He showed my husband and I many options for my daughter's "big girl" bed. I even splurged on an adjustable bed frame for us too. Delivery guys were professional. It felt great to have a good night sleep. I would definitely go back again and will recommend Mattress Barn friends and family.

Joe and Rick were great with their service. They were very patient with me as I tried all the mattresses. There was no pressure to buy, although we did purchase three mattresses. They aren't the brands you're used to hearing about in advertising, but apparently there's over 400 makers of mattresses and lots of them are good you just don't hear about them.
