I can't believe all the money we have wasted over the years going to all those big fancy stores, bright lights, fancy decorations and a multi million dollar advertising budget. All of those dollars are worked right into the cost of the products. 😞 We heard about this place, Mattress By Appointment and while driving in our neighborhood we came across a sign and thought now is the time. Let's go check it out... Thank goodness we did. The service by the the gal that owns the place was fantastic. It's a truly personal shopping experience. She took the time to explain everything , we had tons of options and it was clear we were helping a family. This was a family business. We are so happy with our decision to wait and make an appointment for our personal shopping experience. No MOR ever again .. For now on we will be shopping local, we will be referring her friends and family. Thanks again for the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned at a great price. I don't think you will need to have that multi million dollar marketing budget. You are doing it right. Keep it up so we can keep those prices down 🤗
I hope everyone reads this before walking foot into their "business." Beware of getting ripped off here. Take your money elsewhere. Warning they delivered a "mattress only" for $900, not even a name brand, and is a cheap as hell if you could even call this a mattress. 1 adult could carry this on thier own, that alone should tell you the quality they are selling. They act friendly until they get your money, and that's all.
My mom explained to them shes got a very bad back and needed a good quality bed as shes now living with hospice and needs to try and rest to get healthy again. After they tell her anything to get her in the door, she went in expecting someone who said they could help her out.
Before we arrived as we drove around trying to find any kind of sign that doesn't exist. We had to call to get more specific instructions on how to find them hidden away behind the real businesses.
I tried to warn my mom not to go in expecting much basied on how the place was when we finally got to the front door. The worse part wad they rushed the sale and because of my moms poor health and not being able to go many places as this place was in the back of a warehouse with no air, no circulation nothing just a hot muggy ware house, and because she was under the impression she was getting a good deal on a quality bed she agreed and now look. This is what happens when an older person with poor health gets asked to walk around a warehouse and to try and climb up on top of beds that were all side by side.
After my mom only trying 2 beds and rushed her back to the desk to try and sale her on a bed they went on to tell her they can offer good proces because they got no "over head" and because they dont "paying others" they can offer the better price, so beware when you start hearing this they plan on taken advantage of you. Run while you can!
Now she's out the money, and they won't refund, replace, or exchange. He keeps trying to tell my mom to give it 30 days. If she's not happy and they say they want happy customers, they sure don't show it!
Please learn from my moms poor judgment with this company! I would suggest going anywhere but here, unless you want to throw your money away as my mom learned the heard way and now has to deal with a poor bed until she can save up another $1000+ for a bed.
