I have tried many mattresses in my search for a goodnights sleep, there are so many options available it makes it almost impossible to choose and find one that checks all the right boxes. The first and most important thing is the rep showing the mattresses and their personal knowledge and goals, one has to make sure this person checks all the right boxes as well.
This brings me to Hanna, she was 100% amazing! She listened, made observations and then went the extra mile to ensure not only that I made the right decision, but that she did everything she could to make sure it was possible. Let me be clear, there were a few choices, she made sure that the best choice aligned with me, my budget and then made it happen.
She made a difficult process easy, made me feel confident in my decision and didn't take a long time to make it happen, with a price that sealed the deal. To top it all off she made sure that I was able to get a quick delivery that met my crazy schedule.
