I bought a mattress for a used RV with a Murphy bed. The original mattress was "hinged" in the middle, and I wanted to replace it with something more comfortable. He didn’t try to sell us, but asked us what we were looking for. He worked around other customers to help us by not ignoring us. He went over the return policies very thorough. He helped w a discount coupon we found online. He looked online to show the inner workings of the brands we were considering in order to walk away w just what we wanted and needed. Before we knew it, he loaded it up into the back of our truck. WHAT A DEAL!!!
