This store has a salesman that literally is a blast from the past. He is excellent. And knowledgeable. And possesses customer service skills extremely difficult to find nowadays. In an era where salespeople now tend to have an attitude as if they’re being bothered by customers, and really don’t want to be bothered, and seem to be all about just collecting a paycheck, our salesman reminds me of customer service agents that enjoyed doing their job. I am from LA and am surprised that our salesman is working in Delano?! He, our salesman, I have no doubt, would be moving much more product if he were to work in LA. When poor employees reflect poor management, I would hope our salesman is extremely valued and readily placed in a management position to train employees. Our society needs more workers like our salesman.
