We went to 4 stores to try out mattresses. The sales staff were either high pressure, indifferent, or lacking knowledge about their product. We spoke to Michelle at Mattress Firm who was very knowledgeable and interested in helping us find just the right bed for us. I highly recommend talking to Michelle at Mattress Firm in Bellevue, she will go the extra mile in getting you the best nights sleep.

My wife and I had a lovely experience shopping for a new bed at this location. Michelle was super nice and very knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us and helped us to feel empowered when making a decision on the right bed for us. Would highly recommend this location and Michelle as a great place to stop in on your bed-finding journey!

I had a great shopping experience at Bellevue, thanks to Michelle. She was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me try out different mattresses that suited my needs. After I shared my budget, Michelle listed all the brand new and outlet mattresses that I could go with. I’m really looking forward to enjoying my new mattress!
