We need a box spring and Mike took care of us quickly and professionally. Mike went out of his way may the entire experience hassle free and even more wonderful. I would definitely recommend Mike for a promotion to advance management professional development programs if possible. He has a wonderful way with people. Their GREAT. Took my mattress back due to a defect, no hassle no problems of any kind returning it and getting it replaced. I love this mattress & the store I bought it from. Talk to Jeremy he's great.

I would recommend the Francis Street store to everyone because the the gentleman who assisted me ( can’t remember his name) was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with the entire process. Also, Alejandro, my delivery person was exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. I was given an expected timeframe for delivery between 8:45 and 10:45. At 8:48 I received a call indicating an arrival time of 17 minutes. He was right on time! The entire process was a pleasure and great experience! THANK YOU!
