Walked in feeling overwhelmed with mattresses, but Jaz made us feel so comfortable and she really broke down on the information of mattresses she was amazing and super sweet I will definitely recommend her if you are looking for a new mattress.

As a person in sales this was an excellent experience. Jaz was thorough thoughtful kind and knowledgeable. She found the best deals but also didn't let me compromise on what I would actually need to sleep well. She went over all the details for the zero APR financing which I didn't think I needed but really made a difference in making the right choice. I also was able to get my daughter a new mattress and she is ecstatic. I have been a salesperson for 30 years and in management, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I'm so very happy that I spent to get a solid set up. Honestly, if Jaz wasn't so good at listening, (often 'sales people' aren't) I would have just stayed with my bargain matress.... so glad I didn't 😊

My experience at Mattress Firm was five star. Everyone there greeted me with enthusiasm and warmth. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave my questions adequate time and attention despite how busy they were. If you need a new mattress I suggest you run over to One of their many locations. I went to the Chatsworth and Sepulveda locations. Definitely ask for Alexis! I purchased and a frame came with it. Thank you all for being amazing and making my experience enjoyable.
