When the ad said about sleep expert my mind thought really their just a salesperson. Was I wrong, Greg met my wife and I at the door, he was very polite and understanding of my needs. I'm disabled as he so he new what I needed to help my back. Greg over a couple of mattresses inside out about the characteristics of each. Ask for Greg he truly is a sleep expert. Louis
Initially worked with Greg and getting fitted for a mattress I struggle from double knee replacements, arthritis and shoulder pain. The Customer Service was so above and beyond and the kindness and the genuine knowledge was invaluable. Dave was also really kind when Greg was on his day off and helping me I had a lot of questions alot of questions .
