We had the best experience at Mattress Firm. Highly impressed with Heath’s customer service and knowledge that he was able to provide. We didn’t in anyway feel pressured or like we were being monitored while working to make a decision. He made what could be seen as the stress of buying a new bed actually a fun process. I would highly recommend going only to Mattress Firm and talking to Heath. You’ll thank me later.
