Hi Everyone. I posted an excellent review initially because Lucia is a wonderful person who treated me very well. Then I received an accusatory email from the company that really hurt. They claimed I sent an email sent by someone else in my household . So instead of checking with me to seek a resolution, I woke up to a harsh criticism. So I am letting folks know of my deep disappointment.

Was looking for a rental and Lucia along with the other staff were quick and friendly when processing the lease. Lucia was super helpful and made sure everything went through smoothly.

One of their agents helped me find an apartment with a very affordable price and in a nicer neighborhood. They helped me prepare my documents so I could apply and be selected for the unit I wanted.
