The kiosk let you order a shake (getting ones hopes up), only to find out that the shake machine was broken (which seems to be the norm at Macdonalds these days), my vanilla latte couldn't be made because they were out of milk? Say what?! I guess it was my imagination when I saw 3 people who came after me getting lattes with milk. Worst of all, my fries were ice cold, they forgot my ketchup, my chicken sandwich had no mayo, and the chicken Nuggets appeared to be either over-cooked or re-cooked in a microwave because they were dried out and cold. They only thing nice is when they replaced my fries (fresh from the cooker) they were nice about it. My husband got a refund for his shake, I ended up with a smoothie instead of my iced coffee, The only upside to that is the fact my smoothie was supposed to be cold. Definitely NOT stopping here again.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal when I got back to my hotel took a bite of my sandwich and the burger was definitely undercooked. I do not eat undercooked hamburger so I just threw my burger in the trash. Also the person working drive thru could have been a little friendlier. Didn't say hello when getting our payment or thank you. They didn't say anything rude I just think it's nice when people are a little friendlier when going to any business.

Sadly this was one of the worse McDonald's experiences that I've had. The staff seemed to be highly focused on the drive through (which was busy the whole time we were there) and were not very attentive to dine-in customers. At least one customer gave up in frustration and left. Additionally, I wanted a refill on my Diet Coke and was informed that this location doesn't do free refills. The food was fine.
