Absolutely ridiculous
DO NOT go inside at night if the drive through is long.
We decided to go inside to get our food as the line was long.
Ordered our food, then waited for 40 minutes to get our food.
I counted more than a dozen cars get food and serviced after We ordered. Only after we decided to pay attention to how many times the manager would ask where food was that was supposed to be ours.
Everytime our food was nearly set up, a drive through person would take it and add it to the drive through tickets.
Seemed the manager had no control over it, never spoke to us. I asked about our food and was more or less ignore.
Finally handed our food, without any courtesy comments for the wait, just handed the food and turned around , gone.
To be honest, it's only fast food.... it was half cold, half warm. And now missing food.
My complaint is due to the unprofessionalism, direct rudeness and lack of consideration.
Do better.
We only eat out about once a month, yet We ll at least go to a different location or try a different choice of food next time.
