Use the machines to save time and they don’t work, still have to go to counter, ordered smoothie and smoothie machine was out of action, meal came out missing a has brown

Food is fresh and you get it quick. Service could be better but its fast food. Its not like you are sitting down at a restaurant. Atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. All in all pretty decent.

Wait at counter was long even though there was one person sort of working the area and only a couple of people ahead of me. We got our cups for soda the Dr. Pepper did not work. It took several attempts to get someone to listen to our complaint and get them to fill one soda at the drive-through. Our order was wrong; we got nuggets instead of a fish sandwich.
I had planned to visit this McDs every morning when I walked like I do daily at home. I had to go to the competition for good service and miss out on my rewards.
