Unfortunately upon moving out of a $1.8M home Mehdi had rented to my family for a year, Mehdi unlawfully withheld our security deposit. He lied about the cleaning fee, only to agree to refund our money after asking for the receipt with showed a lower amount. He also charged us $100 to pick up a piece of broken glass our movers had left behind. In my opinion, Mehdi is unethical and untrustworthy.
