I brought in my Galaxy S5 to get connected I payed $55 as i they gave me my phone back with their service i noticed I still didnt have data only calling and texting so I tell the lady there and she says it usually takes 2hours so i go home and through out the whole day i still dont have any data so i go back to tell them and they said they cant do nothing about it since it was a "Bring your own device" activation and all they could tell me was sorry! So apparently i just payed $55 for a talk and text plan when i told them i wanted my money back cause thats not what i payed for the lady got very aggressive with me and basically just told me that i had lost my money!

Been to this location 3 times and been terrible everytime. The poor service here helped me make the push to actual T-mobile. Between the poor coverage, 20-30 dollar sim card swap fee, and prices no longer being competitive, would recommend anyone thinking of going Metro save their time and money

My fiances phone stopped working 5 days after buying it and I have been dealing with trying to get it fixed for almost a week now. I was given the run around multiple times until today. Joey was a god send in my eyes today. He was able to help me out more then I could have asked for and helped me resolve my issues. Thank you Joey for being great.
