I was just in shock over what my old phone service had done to me. By default, after talking to every other service in town, I went here. They were wonderful!! I got a great phone for very little. The service costs the same as before, but the service is so much better!! I am so glad I went here.

After selling me a phone with reviews such as catching on fire, melting chargers etc. I go in and purchase a new phone. This phone now won't receive phone calls more than half the time and also won't connect on outgoing calls. I go in today to PURCHASE a new phone because I'm over this phone that doesn't work and the woman informs me that I'll have to pay full retail price (249$) for a phone instead of an 'upgrade' price because I'm not eligible for an upgrade for 20 days. So I either pay 250 for a phone now or wait 20 days with a phone that doesn't even work most of the time. Thanks for nothing after 8 or so years of service with you and paying my bill on time. Lovely attitude of the girl working also 👏

They were extremely helpful with the problem I was having with my phone! I highly recommend going with Metro by TMobile for your phone service.
